All purchased episodes and bundles are automatically added to your purchase history. To get to your history, simply click on the MY ACCOUNT button in the top left navigation bar (if you don't see this button, please make sure you are logged into your account). Or, click on this handy link!

Alternatively, you can find your episodes by heading to the appropriate show (listed under SHOWS) and, once there, clicking on the MY EPISODES button (depending on the show, MY EPISODES can also be called MY SIGNS or MY LESSONS).

HOW DO I KNOW IF I'M LOGGED IN?

Look at the top left navigation bar. If you are logged in you will see a MY ACCOUNT button. Otherwise you will see CREATE ACCOUNT and LOG IN buttons.

DO I NEED TO CREATE AN ACCOUNT?

Yes. An account will allow you to purchase standalone episodes and bundles and will give you the chance to send any of our shows as a gift to friends or family. Also, you need to be logged in in order to watch your purchased episodes.

DO I NEED TO GET SEPARATE ACCOUNTS FOR HEALTHWIRE.FM AND NEWSWIRE.FM?

No. You can set up one single account and use the same log in information on both sites.

WILL MY PURCHASES EVER EXPIRE?

All purchases have unlimited reruns, which means that once you purchase your episodes will be ready for you to watch, no matter where you are or what device you are using. You just need to be logged in.

I CLICKED ON "WATCH NOW" AND I GET TO THE VIDEO PAGE BUT THE VIDEO IS NOT LOADING.

WHAT IS A BUNDLE?

A bundle is a package of all the episodes of a particular show. It's a great way to get full access to our shows without having to purchase episode by episode. Plus, you save money!

I PURCHASED A BUNDLE BUT WHEN I GO TO MY ACCOUNT IT SAYS I'M NOT SUBSCRIBED.

You can purchase bundles for any show without being subscribed. All bundle purchases imply a one-time payment, while subscriptions imply a recurrent payment depending on the plan you selected.

HOW DO GIFTS WORK?

You can send a particular episode or a whole show to friends and family. All you need to do is enter the recipient details, the delivery date and your billing information. An email will be sent to your friend on the day you selected with instructions on how to create an account. Once the account is created your friends will have access to the show(s) you got for them.

WHAT DO I GET IF I SUBSCRIBE?

You get unlimited access to all our non-premium shows in both HEALTHWIRE.FM and NEWSWIRE.FM. This means that just by logging in you can go to the show you like, click on any episode and enjoy!

WHAT SHOWS ARE NOT INCLUDED IN THE SUBSCRIPTION?

Premium shows are not included in any of our subscription plans. Currently these are Astrologyzone 2016 and One World Yogis. In these cases you will need to purchase the episodes separately. The same applies to our movies Decoding Deepak and The Plastiki Expedition.

WHAT ARE THE CURRENT SUBSCRIPTION PLANS?

You can get a monthly subscription for $7.99 USD / month or our annual subscription for $79.99 USD.

WHAT CAN I DO IF I FORGOT MY PASSWORD?

You can request a password reset email by going to the Log In page and clicking on "Forgot Your Password"? Once you enter your email address you will be sent instructions on how to create a new password.
