This show is geared towards the importance of ending inflammation and reduce your life from elements that cause an elevated level of stress. As Eddie Stern explains, we normally breathe about 15 to 18 breaths per minute, which is only a few breaths away from being completely stressed. When we slow towards 5-7 breaths per minute, we find more balance, get less worked up, and have less inflammation.
