Doh-In-Koh is a series of exercises that harmonizes and balances the body’s vital energy, both mentally and physically. Enabling us to take in the energy of the universe, it will make you relax, rejuvenate, and revitalize the body and mind. The Kobayashi family learned this practice from a Chinese Guru over 400 years ago. They then added the “light” of love and attitude of gratitude to this wonderful practice that incorporates natural energy, and named “Doh-In-Koh” which translates to “Receiving Light Energy”. This episode consists of easy to follow exercises for relieving tension and fatigue, strengthening your inner organs, and balancing your mental health. Ken shows how each exercise focuses on specific body parts while stimulating the body’s natural healing power and purifying the metabolism. This episode teaches you how to properly inhale the life source energy and to exhale toxic energy. Practicing Doh-In-Koh will begin to lead you to maintain well-balanced homeostasis.
