The meditation taught by Ken has a Taoist origin, focusing on the No Thought stylization. The best meditation is to disappear from the atmosphere, your environment, Ken states. As brain waves lessen from the normal amount at 35 Hz, theta waves develop. These theta frequency components range from 4 to 7 Hz, a frequency found in young children. Adults can only produce these neural wave oscillations by achieving meditative, hypnotic, or light sleeping states. The human body contains over 60 trillion cells connected by electrons. Immersion of the self and body into a theta wave state changes cellular function by ceasing electric waves and purifying toxins.
